Guests were welcomed through a dramatic entrance styled with black carpets, golden confetti, feather centerpieces, and Art Deco signage, instantly transporting them into the Gatsby era. A classic vintage car at the entrance added a perfect cinematic touch, creating an unforgettable arrival moment.

Inside the venue, 2ID Events designed a series of themed spaces that guided guests through the Gatsby experience.

At the entrance walkway, guests arrived along a black carpet scattered with golden confetti and elegant feather displays, setting the tone for the glamorous evening. Beside a vintage-style mirror, a dedicated accessory station allowed guests to complete their Gatsby-inspired look with items such as pearls, headpieces, hats, and other 1920s accessories, encouraging everyone to fully embrace the dress code.

Further inside, 2ID Events created an interactive photo booth area, where guests could capture stylish moments with vintage props and themed backgrounds, creating memorable keepsakes from the celebration.

The venue was also enhanced with detailed Gatsby décor throughout the space, including elegant chandeliers, Art Deco styling, feather arrangements, and carefully curated decorative elements that brought the spirit of the roaring twenties to life.

A live jazz band performed by the pool, creating the perfect atmosphere and bringing the authentic sound of the 1920s to the celebration.

In another area of the event, guests enjoyed a casino experience with professional roulette tables, adding a playful and interactive element inspired by classic Gatsby-style entertainment.

The evening was completed with premium catering, immersive styling, and interactive photo moments, creating a sophisticated and unforgettable celebration of this milestone birthday.

We added the signature touch of a Rapunzel sunflower, to give  a whimsical charm that delighted our birthday girl, affectionately known as «Rapunzel.» The combination of captivating décor, engaging activities, and thoughtful details created a memorable celebration!

Traditional activities at the Henna Corner, Station with Arabic Coffee & date tasting, and Pottery Station provided guests with a rich cultural experience. Photo Booth allowed visitors to capture memories of their festive day. This celebration at Al Ain Zoo beautifully blended tradition and modern entertainment, creating a memorable National Day for all attendees.

To bring the night to a spectacular close, our stunning LED performance illuminated the venue, creating a dazzling finale. The vibrant display not only captivated the guests but also mirrored the luminous spirit of the event, leaving an unforgettable impression on all who attended.

The event’s highlight was the powerful performance by Taiko Drummers, whose rhythmic beats energized the atmosphere, immersing everyone in the spirit of Japanese heritage. Alongside them, Japanese theme dancers added elegance and charm, creating a mesmerizing fusion of movement and music. This cultural showcase made the gathering truly memorable, celebrating the essence of tradition and modernity.
